In 2012, ZDF Kultur, a German TV channel dedicated to art and culture, relaunched. We were invited by our friends at Cobblestone Berlin and director Nico Bayer to provide animation support throughout this endeavor specifically developing the concept and look for the TV ident. We were one of 4 teams to contribute to the image campaign. Taking the brief literal, we created a floating residential block, a ubiquitous feature of German suburbs, to ‘bring ZDF Kultur to German living rooms’.
